The Support page provides a quick summary of the support tickets received from this account and shows how effective your support team has been in addressing these tickets.
The top section summarizes open tickets from this account using three charts:
- Shows the average number of open days for the tickets that were open and closed in each month. Open days for an "Open" ticket is calculated as the number of days since the ticket creation date. Open days for a “Closed” ticket is calculated as the number of days between the ticket creation and close dates.
- Shows the number of open tickets by priority for each month over the last year.
- Shows the number of open tickets by type for each month over the last year.
The table below contains a sortable list of all tickets received from this account. You can search any ticket by typing keywords using the text search box on the right.
The support tickets list shows you all open/closed tickets for this account. Click on the ticket subject to quickly preview the ticket detail. Click on the ticket id to go to the ticket detail page within your own support ticket system.
