Account Details

The Account Details page provides a 360-degree view of your customer with detailed information on the account’s activity, finance, human interaction, product usage, support history, NPS, and account tasks and processes. It's a centralized place for you to view all the data specific to an account. 

Having this data readily available and up-to-date is extremely helpful when you respond to alerts associated with an account, manage account workflows, track account tasks and strategize your outreach plan.

You can modify basic account details directly within the account details page, click the "Edit Account" on the top right and you can update account information including account name, address, status, stage, tier, CSM score, assigned CSM and etc.
