Compare a metric to itself over time:



  • Sum of "Daily Session Time" over the last 7 days is at least 30% less than sum of "Daily Session Time" over the previous 7 days.

  • Time period 2: Starts 14 days before "Current day start", Ends 7 days before "Current day start".



Accounts turned red


Description: Accounts who were healthy but turned red (unhealthy) most recently.

Description: High-value accounts whose current MRR is more than $10k and current health score is below 30; and who has an upcoming renewal in the next 45 days.

  • Sum of feature count of "Feature A" since "Account join" date till "Current day start" is equal to or greater than 1.

Power users - high activity rank


Description: Users of accounts older than 120 days whose average activity rank over the last 30 days is in the top 10%.


List type: "Users"

Compare a metric to a value:



  • Average "User activity rank" over the past 30 days is equal to or more than 90.


Check for an event:



  • "Account join" date does not occur over the last 120 days. 


Timeframe:



  • Starts 120 days before "Current day start", Ends "No end date".
