Overview


Chart Explorer is where you can construct custom charts and perform advanced customer analytics. Using Natero’s powerful and easy-to-use interface, it empowers you to explore comprehensive data and find answers to your questions quickly.


For example, you can quickly chart health score trends of customers by industries or tiers; or analyze what your customers who have converted from trial did differently versus those who didn't convert, during the course of their trial period; or understand which features your successful accounts (e.g. those with high health score) have been using the most. 


Create a New Chart


To create a new chart, go to the "Chart Explorer" page, the default analytics type is "Account Exploration". 



If you'd like to switch to another analytics type, click "New".
