In addition to the Natero's pre-canned dashboards which allows you to monitor standard usage and financial metrics, you also have the flexibility to create your own Custom Dashboards to help track important business metrics and account health and activity trends using any custom-defined charts, account views, and account lists.

Create a Custom Dashboard

To create a custom dashboard, go to "Custom" under Dashboards.

Filter Custom Dashboards by CSM Assignment

CSMs can filter Custom Dashboards to only include the accounts they manage. You can toggle this option under the Custom Dashboard settings.

Once set, CSMs will be able to view Custom dashboards that represent their portfolio of accounts. This filter also applies to users who have the "view all accounts" permission.
