Third-party NPS systems require the following credentials to integrate with Natero. If you do not use one of these applications, please refer to our Account API documentation for instructions on how to send NPS data to Natero.

ApplicationCredentials Needed

  • api_key

  • client_id
  • client_secret

Zendesk NPS
  • ¬†Account email (which is associated with an admin role in Zendesk)
  • Zendesk domain for the account: https://{subdomain}
  • API Token (get from Settings > Channels > API, enable Token access and click "add new token")

Once you provide your credentials, please contact our team via to ensure it was received successfully. Please note we do not receive automated notification on new 3rd party credentials being added.
