Freshdesk currently operates on the below IP addresses for its Application load balancers:
As part of Freshdesk’s scaling operations and to maintain stability, new IP addresses are being added to our product’s Load Balancer through our service provider, AWS. Allowlist the additional IP addresses to ensure that your agents can continue accessing the Freshdesk portal via VPN seamlessly.
This change is applicable to you only if you have previously allowlisted Loadbalancer IPs in your VPN. Please add the below list of additional IPs to the existing list.
